Ashwaubenon High School
The Rettler Corporation was our intrinsic partner in both the design and completion of our JAG field Redevelopment Project. The working relationship that the Ashwaubenon School District shared with its professional staff was outstanding, both in the field and the office. Their dedication to seeing the project become a reality while experiencing challenge after challenge was paramount in the on-time completion of our project. I would recommend the Rettler Corporation to anyone looking to turn a vision, like ours, into a reality.
After the field was renovated, the usage in Fall 2013 was as follows: 5 varsity football games, 8 freshman/JV football games, 6 youth football events, 200 hours of marching band practice, 180 hours of freshman, JV, and varsity football practices, 36 hours of boys soccer games/events, 750 hours of middle and high school physical education classes. In Spring 2014, the usage was as follows: 100 hours of marching band practice, 25 hours of baseball practices, 25 hours of softball practices, 36 hours of girls soccer games/events, and 500 hours of middle and high school physical education classes. This was a great increase from before the field was renovated.
Rettler Corporation completed the landscape architecture, civil engineering, and construction management services. The field upgraded from a grass football field to a synthetic turf multi-sport athletic facility. The track was resurfaced and expanded, there was a relocation of the field events, and the stadium lighting was redone. Rettler Corporation also did extensive storm water management design and permitting as well as remediation of hazardous materials. This field won two ASBA awards in 2014. One award was the National Outstanding Single Field Facility of the Year, and the other award was for a distinguished single field facility.
