Design and construction management for an athletic complex in Kiel, Wisconsin included the following:

• Synthetic surface football/soccer field with shock pad

• Plaza with new concession building including restrooms and family restroom 

• Recognition paver walk, 50 feet long by 4 feet wide

• Grandstand with 1,000 seats, press box and 3,592 square feet full enclosure storage system with rollup doors

• Ticket booth with decorative gate entries

• Reconstructed 8 lane / 9 sprint lane track, pole vault, high jump, long jump/triple jump with polyurethane track surfacing

• LED stadium lights

• Construction started May 15, 2019 and was completed August 12, 2019.
