Skyward’s new corporate office in Stevens Point is 184,542 square feet and will accommodate 862 employees. The new four story building includes a 24-stall underground parking garage, onsite medical clinic, and large locker rooms to accommodate employees who bike to work or exercise on the recreational trail. The cafeteria and employee patio overlooks a 1.6 acre pond which serves aesthetic purposes and provides onsite storm water detention. The building will also have 60 conference/WebX rooms, an 80-person training room, and onsite recording studio for assembling training material. Rettler Corporation provided the total planning design and construction services for all site components on a four story office building. The total earthwork and stormwater pond design moved approximately 100,000 cubic thousand yards of material. There was state, local, and county site plan approval process coordination that took place. Rettler Corporation also provided sanitary sewer, potable water, and storm sewer design and permitting.
